Care Instructions

This is an organic loaf made without any preservatives! It will mold unlike many store bought breads because it’s made fresh and full of nutrients. Follow instructions below to learn how to properly store your bread.

Keep it fresh

Bread will remain fresh at room temperature for 2-3 days.

Wrap bread in parchment paper and store in an air tight container like a bread box. If you place bread in the fridge, know it can dry it out and affect the texture.

Save it for later

To keep bread fresh for longer, you may freeze it for up to 6 months. Wrap it tightly in a freezer bag or saran wrap then cover with tinfoil. If it’s sliced, place wax paper between the slices to prevent them from sticking together.

To defrost, leave at room temperature or put in the toaster on a β€˜defrost’ setting … and voila! She’s as good as the day you got her.
