A night of sourdough fun at the North Shore Historical Museum. This is a closed event for the Alumni Association of UPenn members only!

Join us on January 8th from 7–9pm for an intimate, hands-on evening learning the art of sourdough from scratch! We’ll walk through each step of fermentation together, and you’ll get plenty of guided practice working with your own dough. By the end of the night, you’ll head home with a ready-to-bake loaf and your very own starter — everything you need to keep baking delicious sourdough long after the workshop.

What you’ll learn:

  • How to make your own dough

  • Stages of sourdough baking

  • Your own starter and loaf to take home!

  • Recipe cards to make delicious loafs in the future
